This office is a secure and confidential environment. We do not work for the CRA or any division of the government and are a private outside source providing accounting and bookkeeping services. Anyone claiming to be an agent of the CRA or this office Report immediately!  We work directly for you, the client, in obtaining all the tax breaks you are entitled to as an individual, and as a business. And report all financial findings on your behalf to the government of Canada by and with your permission. In order to do this we require personal information about yourself and your business which is kept in strict confidence and never divulged and kept secret and secure accordingly.

We are not associated to any other agencies or organizations such as the Canadian Charter of Accountants Canada. We are listed and members of the (I.C.I.A.) Industrial Commercial Accountants guild of Canada as registered Accounting Technicians. And as such follow all Canadian laws regarding Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Taxes within Canada under the generally accepted principles and laws accordingly.

We the outside accounting agency, and the Revenue Canada agency require a completed identification form with government ID consisting of two pieces of identification, Drivers license to be copied front and back, Social insurance card front and back. This is to secure all our clients and businesses we work with. It also allows us to represent you with the CRA in security and  safety to protect you at all times as we communicate with the CRA directly on your behalf and is a requirement of the government of Canada.
